1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

3. Account Registration and Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account.
• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
• Any suspicion of unauthorised access to your account must be reported to crown99a support immediately.
• crown99a will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

An identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or when there is activity that requires further verification. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card and proof of payment method.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

crown99a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Malaysia's major local banks), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All financial transactions at crown99a are subject to the following limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 5 and 30 minutes under normal circumstances.

crown99a reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or that conflict with applicable legal policies. In such situations, the user will be contacted via the support channel for further verification.

All amounts displayed in the account are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are based on the current market rate at the time the transaction is made.

Welcome Bonus: crown99a offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the total bonus amount received. For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your total balance to RM200, and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

VIP Programme: Eligible users may join the crown99a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. VIP members are entitled to weekly cashback depending on their membership level:

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
